I’m Ali Kelly, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, with a passion for uncovering the root causes of health issues and empowering individuals to achieve optimal wellbeing.
My journey into the world of nutrition began when struggling with my own health challenges, I discovered the transformative power of food, lifestyle changes and targeted supplements in addressing the underlying causes of dysfunction. My personal experience ignited my determination to become a Nutritional Therapist and delve deeper into the realm of root cause medicine.
My approach to wellness is deeply rooted in the belief that true healing begins by uncovering and treating the underlying imbalances, rather than merely managing symptoms.
I take a holistic approach to health, considering not only the physical aspects but also the emotional, mental, and environmental factors that contribute to wellbeing. I work closely with my clients to create personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans that are tailored to their unique needs and goals.
However, information alone will not lead to transformation. I will help you get from awareness - ‘Where am I now?’ and ‘Where do I want to be?’ to action ‘What will help me get there?’ and ‘What will keep me accountable?’. Once we have a plan in place, we will regularly meet, reviewing your goals and making incremental changes which will, in time, become habits.
